arrow_right_red Hush-a-Bye ~ This 40 minute workshop is geared toward new parents and their newborns. Researchers believe that a sensory-rich environment, including music, song and dance, actually creates more neural pathways in the brains of babies. In addition, creating song and moving to music release endorphins which naturally elevates mood and fights off depression. The program introduces new parents to the use of song when interacting with their babies, and encourages them to let go of their inhibitions so they can experience the joy of singing and dancing with their new family.
Target Age Group: New Parents & babies up to 6 months
